POSITION SUMMARY

This position involves completing a variety of skill sets included but not limited to operating hand tools, blowers, shoveling, raking, lifting, and cleanup. On‑the‑job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of one of our crews with the potential for advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

Asphalt raking, shoveling, crack sealing, seal coating, and grading

Communicate in a courteous and effective manner with customers and/or co‑workers

Other duties may be assigned

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is full‑time seasonal, working April through December (weather permitting). This position requires working overtime and some Saturdays.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Current valid Driver's License

Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screen

Have knowledge of hand, power & small tools

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting a minimum of 50 pounds

Must be willing to work in an environment with exposure to various weather conditions

Be quality and production oriented

Ability to take instruction & implement daily instruction/tasks
