Production Supervisor needed for Pharmaceuticals Manufacturer.

One of our manufacturing clients is looking to bring on a hands‑on production leader to guide its night shift manufacturing operations. This person will play a key role in leading and developing front‑line employees and help ensure production goals are met in a GMP‑regulated environment.

• 3+ years of progressive manufacturing experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership background, at least 1 year as a supervisor preferred
• Skilled at managing workload, delegating responsibilities, and meeting production objectives
• Proficiency with production documentation, CMMS systems, and data entry
• Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule in a fast‑paced production environment

• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production operations by adhering to GMP requirements, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Lead daily manufacturing activities by assigning work, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and resolving production issues.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production employees through training, performance feedback, and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation while ensuring timely communication of operational updates and key information.
• Foster a collaborative, team‑focused culture built on accountability, trust, safety, and continuous improvement.
