Assembler C-Shift I Fri-Sun

Position Overview

Friday‑Sunday 6am‑6pm. Work for one of the fastest growing companies in Central Oregon, building state‑of‑the‑art commercial HVAC systems. We are hiring entry‑level assemblers to support our production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment. Work on a fast‑paced assembly line rotating between positions such as assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping.

Learn multiple trade skills and develop your career in manufacturing.

• Install and fit parts for heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Consult with manufacturers, designers, line leads, and supervisors.
• Perform precision assembling.
• Perform basic low‑voltage electrical wiring.
• Read and interpret engineering specifications from text and drawings.
• Attach brackets, hinges, or clips to secure parts.
• Position and align subassemblies in jigs.
• Fit and fasten sheet‑metal coverings to surface areas.
• Bolts, screws, or rivets accessories to fasten, support, or hang components and subassemblies.
• Perform basic woodworking tasks, including cutting, nailing, and screwing various wood assemblies.
• Perform basic pipe fitting tasks and assemble piping components.
• Do joinery work that includes installing flashing and securing structural supports.
• Prepare, configure, and assemble required tools, including ladders, measuring tapes, hammer drill machines, and straightedges.
• Comply with relevant regulatory practices related to construction projects and safety requirements.
• Carry construction materials and metal stud frames from one place to another within the plant and assist forklift operators with transportation.
• Operate power hand tools.

• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Requires bending, stooping, crouching, and climbing.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders and work from a ladder.
• Work supported by harness and fall protection at heights up to 30 feet.

• Fast‑paced production environment.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Familiar with the use of various hand tools, tape measures, and power tools.
• Reliable, punctual with a positive attitude, self‑starter.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment physical, drug screening, and background check.

$15.71 – $23.56 per hour.
