Work safely, always — follow safety rules, operate equipment responsibly, and report hazards;
Prep molds for action using forklifts, air guns, hammers, or a vibrating hammer to get them ready for pour‑cup removal;
Blast away shell material using a Waterblast cabinet to reveal the cast beneath;
Cut parts free with an oxy/acetylene torch — a key step in transforming raw molds into usable components;
Grind and smooth using belt grinders or handheld air grinders to remove gates and refine castings
