Production Supervisor needed for Pharmaceuticals Manufacturer.

- $100,000-$120,000 + Bonus

One of our manufacturing clients is looking to bring on a hands-on production leader to guide its daily manufacturing operations. This person will play a key role in leading and developing front-line employees and help ensure production goals are met in a GMP-regulated environment.
Qualifications for the Production Supervisor include:- 3+ years of progressive manufacturing experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership background, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience leading teams in a commercial manufacturing setting.
- Skilled at managing workload, delegating responsibilities, and meeting production objectives.
- Proficiency with production documentation, CMMS systems, and data entry.
- Experience working within a 24/7 manufacturing operation preferred.
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production operations by adhering to GMP requirements, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Lead daily manufacturing activities by assigning work, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and resolving production issues.
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of approximately 18-20 employees, with support from a Shift Lead.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation while ensuring timely communication of operational updates and key information.
- Foster a collaborative, team-focused culture built on accountability, trust, safety, and continuous improvement.
