Training Coordinator

Provide training and coordinate training on production lines on multiple lines of equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general or specialized training and observations. Certify operators in training procedures.
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions for employees on specific shifts.
  • Develops benchmarks and measures the ongoing effectiveness of relevant processes and systems related to the Training function.
  • Update and customize course materials as needed.
  • Record all training to help insure consistency in training processes.
  • Perform on-going training needs assessments utilizing a variety of methods to include consultation with management and business performance metrics to identify new training opportunities.
  • Comply with internal reporting processes and rules.
  • Fill in as needed as Operator on various equipment, as needed.

    Work Experience:

    • Machine Operator II or Warehouse Operator II

    The anticipated salary range for this position:

    $21.25 - $30.75 Hourly

    The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
