Position Overview
Great opportunity within the Medford, OR area for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform annual wellness exams working for a private group.
Qualifications- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- 2+ years experience as NP/PA required
- Experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gerontology, or Palliative Care
- Home Care experience is a plus
- Active OR medical license and driver’s license
- Active DEA registration
- Currently enrolled in Medicare and in good standing
- Experience with HCC coding and AWV (Annual Wellness Visit)
- Able to see 8–10 patients per day
- Part Time or Full Time hours available – 3 to 5 days a week
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Salary based on experience: $125,000–$150,000
- Sign‑on bonus and/or relocation assistance
