Accu Air Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated Residential HVAC Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer-facing sales experience who wants to transition into a high-income career with long-term stability and growth potential. HVAC experience is not required - we provide the training and support needed to succeed.

We're looking for professionals who are comfortable meeting homeowners face-to-face, listening to their needs, and recommending solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and overall home value.

• $65K+ first-year earning potential with uncapped commissions

• Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations
• Evaluate comfort concerns and recommend HVAC solutions
• Present heating, cooling, and indoor air quality options
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage follow-up communication and maintain your sales pipeline
• Deliver a professional and consultative customer experience

• 2+ years of consultative, retail, or outside sales experience
• Comfortable presenting directly to customers in their homes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Previous outside sales or in-home sales experience
• Experience in home improvement, retail, automotive, or commissioned sales environments
• Competitive mindset with strong earning motivation
