Client Relationship Consultant
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers face‑to‑face, engaging them as needed to provide the best possible counsel. They assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommend financial solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs. They are also responsible for originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts, and opening and/or closing the branch.

Must have 3 to 5 years of minimum experience in customer service and sales. This role has multiple levels, and the candidate will be hired for the level that aligns with their experience.
This role also requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the Safe Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Subject to required registration process, including criminal background and credit checks; failure to meet or maintain NMLS registration may result in rescission of offer or termination.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of customer service experience
- One to three years of sales experience

- Basic knowledge of all retail products and services
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Effective selling and referral skills
- Strong mathematical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
Salary Range: $20
Client Relationship Consultant 2Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to four years of customer service experience
- Three to four years of sales experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
- Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions
- Strong mathematical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Experience assisting less experienced personnel
Salary Range: $20.25 - $22.50
Client Relationship Consultant 3Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four to five years of customer service experience
- Four to five years of sales experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
- Advanced knowledge of all retail products and services
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions

- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
Salary Range: $23 - $26.79

Salary Range: $27 - $30
