Accu Air Heating & Cooling, a trusted locally owned business in Central Oregon, is looking for a motivated and reliable HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. No prior HVAC experience is necessary - we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you build a successful long‑term career while delivering excellent service to our customers.
What We Offer- Competitive pay up to $25.00 per hour
, based on experience - Paid Sick Leave (accrued at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours)

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional overtime may be required)
- Perform routine maintenance and service on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Complete filter changes and basic maintenance tasks
- Assist senior technicians while learning refrigeration, electrical, and troubleshooting techniques
- Provide friendly, professional service to every customer
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
