Accu Air Heating & Cooling is a locally owned, family-operated company looking for our next HVAC Install Helper. If you're a hard-working, positive team player with a "can-do" attitude and you want to build a long-term career in HVAC, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Earn
- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (Some overtime as needed)
What You'll Do
- Assist experienced installers on residential and light commercial HVAC projects
- Help install heating and air conditioning systems to high standards
- Learn to handle ductwork, equipment, and job site tasks
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Grow your mechanical skills every single day with hands-on training
What You Need
- Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work safely
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Reliable attendance and a team-player mindset
- Good written and verbal English skills
