Job Summary:

Work collaboratively as part of a crew to waterproof and install commercial roofing systems, including fully‑adhered and mechanically fastened single‑ply membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.)

Daily Responsibilities

* Install commercial roofing systems and other roofing components (EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.)

* Follow all safety rules and procedures, participate in safety classes and certifications as required

* Use fall-protection equipment and wear PPE to work safely from heights

* Work at various jobsites throughout the year as needed

Requirements

* ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME TO APPLY!!!

* Experience with commercial roofing is ideal but not required

* Has reliable transportation and valid driver's license

* Pass a background check and drug test to work on federal/government buildings

* Able to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work from heights

* Comfortable working outdoors, year-round on a construction site

* Able to lift and carry heavy material throughout the day

* Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policies

Schedule

* Monday-Friday
- Full-time. Occasional Saturdays
