HVAC Installation Crew Leader

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (overtime available as needed)

Pay: $40 - $50 per hour + Full Benefits Package

What You'll Do
  • Lead and supervise installation crews on residential and light commercial HVAC projects
  • Perform complete system installations to the highest quality standards
  • Train, mentor, and support junior installers to improve team performance
  • Measure, fabricate, and install round and rectangular ductwork
  • Braze and test line sets, install equipment accessories, and complete low voltage connections
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, team members, and other trades
  • Manage job site documentation, change orders, and ensure projects are completed on time
Requirements
  • Valid EPA Certification (Level 1 &
    2)
  • Extensive hands‑on experience installing and fabricating ductwork
  • Strong knowledge of sheet metal fittings and practices
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew
  • Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members
  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to safely work at heights and use hand/power tools
