This role involves maintaining and servicing Cessna 152s, Cessna 172s, Piper Seminoles, and Robinson helicopters in a dynamic shop environment. We are seeking skilled mechanics who can troubleshoot, perform inspections, and ensure the highest safety standards to support our flight training operations.

• Perform inspections, repairs and preventive maintenance in accordance with applicable FAA regulations and manufacturer’s instructions.
• Maintain high quality standards for the shop environment, tools and records.
• Use common sense and problem‑solving skills when performing repairs, inspections, and maintenance for optimum efficiency.

• A&P certificate.
• 1–2 years experience preferred.

• Experience with Cessna and Piper aircraft.
• Great attitude, quick learner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug test.

• Compensation: $32.00–$35.00+ (DOE).
• Full time and part‑time positions.
• Monday‑Friday: day and evening shifts.
• Weekend shifts.
• Four‑ten schedules available.
• Flexible schedules.
