The Oregon Long-Term Care Ombudsman is seeking RFO Certified Ombudsman volunteers to advocate for individuals in care homes throughout Oregon. Volunteers will identify, investigate, and resolve complaints to ensure residents receive quality care and their choices are honored.
Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, have strong communication skills, and are reliable. A commitment of approximately 16 hours a month and completion of training is required. This position offers a flexible schedule and an opportunity to make a significant impact.
