Hillsboro Aero Academy is looking for an outgoing, well‑organized individual with excellent customer service skills to join the dispatch team at our Redmond campus. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient flight environment for customers and employees from around the world.

Please note:

This is a non‑certified dispatcher position, FAA certification is not required.

• Uphold standard operating procedures of HAA and regulations of FAA
• Actively participate in HAA safety culture
• Maintain aircraft schedule once posted by the Scheduling Department
• Accurate aircraft maintenance data entry after each flight
• Communicate directly with maintenance department for scheduled and unscheduled resource maintenance
• Invoice customers and employees for services and materials
• Aviation radio and multi‑line phone
• Auditing flight logs for accurate billing and training records
• Projects as assigned by management team
• Dispatch office organization and upkeep

• Valid driver's license with good driving record preferred
• High School Diploma

• Excellent customer service
• Positive attitude
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in multi‑tasking
• Team player

• General aviation knowledge
• Private pilot license
