As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play a central role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the organization’s payables operations. • Follow established procedures for A/P processing, aging, payment cycles, and financial reporting
• Review invoices for correct documentation, approval workflow, and accurate general ledger coding
• Reconcile vendor accounts, monitor account activity, and maintain clean payables records
• Audit employee corporate credit card statements and confirm receipts and coding compliance
• Research and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally

To succeed as an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll bring:

• An Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Direct experience in accounts payable or related accounting functions
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
