Salary Range: $58,240 – $72,800 DOE

Aboutthe Role
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern systems, contribute to process improvements, and be part of a dynamic accounting team.
Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist- Access Net Suite daily to review bank transactions and accurately match customer payments to open invoices
- Record and apply payments, mark invoices as paid, and maintain accurate AR records
- Manage the AR inbox, including monitoring incoming emails and following up with customers on outstanding balances (email only)
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations by coding transactions and ensuring statements align with system records
- Maintain organization, accuracy, and attention to detail across all AR processes
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
- Familiarity with Net Suite (ERP) or ability to learn systems quickly
- Experience with other ERP systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
