What

this job involves

This position provides general overall Facilities Management services including continuous monitoring of the facility while working with facility managers and assistant facility managers to handle routine operations. You will manage procurement of supplies and services, assign work orders within CMMS, issue purchase orders, manage bid requests and service contracts, and handle asset/equipment tracking and disposal. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring excellent coordination and execution of work within client environments while providing administrative support, compliance oversight, and relationship coordination that enhances operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What

your day-to-day will look like
  • Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for goals and objectives while managing day-to-day workload completion
  • Provide facility-specific assistance to project management team and manage small facility management tasks as assigned
  • Coordinate and support special events for client or JLL while providing meeting and conference room reservation support
  • Act as interface with clients, visitors, and guests while ensuring appropriate customer follow-up and relationship management
  • Provide direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure excellent work coordination
  • Properly administer and maintain all security systems while assisting with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities while processing accounts payable and receivable functions.
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation with ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints while multitasking without direct supervision
  • Experience working within Corrigo or other CMMS/Automated Work Order systems
  • Strong written, verbal, and people skills with strong organizational abilities and collaborative style
  • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets with capability of customizing administrative reports
  • Understanding of procurement processes and purchase order management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field
  • Experience with asset/equipment tracking and disposal processes
  • Background in bid request management and service/construction contract coordination
  • Knowledge of security systems administration and maintenance procedures
  • Experience with budgetary analysis and variance reporting
  • Understanding of accounts payable and receivable processing
  • Familiarity with special event coordination and conference room management systems.

Estimated compensation for this position: 65,500. USD per year
