Role
Summary:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing complex administrative functions to support all levels of management. You will manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, process business expenses, and support department operations. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for all levels of management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Process business expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with department financial operations, including budget management.
- Support personnel operations, including headcount and onboarding new hires.
- Manage facility operations, including space management.
- Procure goods and services, including computer equipment and office supplies.
- Provide general office support and act as the department contact.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Outlook calendar management.
- Strong experience with Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of tools.

- Previous experience with budget management.
