Title: Coordinator
Location: Puget Sound, WA (Studio A – Hybrid)
Duration: 4 Months (High possibility for an extension after the budget approval)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, Overtime:
Up to 5 hours occasionally (pre-approval required)
Pay Rate Range: $18 to $22/hr
Key Responsibilities Operational & Organizational Excellence- Maintain structured, compliant digital environments (SharePoint/Teams)
- Ensure version control, governance, and repeatable processes
- Maintain high documentation accuracy across lists, calendars, and artifacts
- SharePoint (site ownership, permissions, metadata, governance)
- Teams (channel lifecycle management, intake workflows)
- Outlook & calendar orchestration
- One Note, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Manage structured digital libraries and knowledge bases
- Learn and navigate internal tools (SAW, procurement portals, vendor onboarding systems)
- Coordinating multi-leader meeting rhythms, agendas, logistics
- Managing task tracking and operational workflows
- Supporting cross-functional partners (operations, procurement, facilities, engineering)
- 0–2 years required (ideal: 2–4 years relevant experience)
- Backgrounds such as:
- Project/Program Coordinator
- Operations Coordinator
- Business Administrator or Junior EA
- SharePoint/Teams Site Owner
- Vendor Operations / Procurement Support
- Onboarding Coordinator
- Facilities Liaison
- High School Diploma or GED
- Lack of proficiency in Microsoft tools
