Job Summary:

Talent Software Services is in search of a Coordinator for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be for four months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary:

The team supports senior leadership by managing engagements, ensuring leaders are prepared with the right information, people, and logistics for meetings and projects.

  • Purpose of the Team:
    The team supports senior leadership by managing engagements, ensuring leaders are prepared with the right information, people, and logistics for meetings and projects.
  • Key Projects:
    This role will provide organizational, scheduling, and operational support for high-visibility customer and internal engagements, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and executive interaction.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • Operational & Organizational

    Skills:

    Exceptional organizational discipline, maintaining structured, compliant, and accessible digital environments. Strong workflow and process management, including version control, content governance, and repeatable operational procedures. High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, lists, calendars, and artifacts.
  • Technical & Systems Proficiency:
    Advanced proficiency with productivity tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Calendar, One Note, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage digital work spaces, structured libraries, and distributed knowledge bases. Comfort in learning new internal tools.
  • Program & Project Coordination:
    Skilled in multi-workstream coordination, deadline management, and prioritization. Ability to structure agendas, run meeting rhythms, and coordinate pre-reads and materials for multiple leaders. Experience coordinating across operations, facilities, procurement, and engineering/program teams.
  • Communication & Professional Writing:
    Strong verbal and written communication with an executive-ready writing standard. Ability to format and deliver clean, concise internal communications, newsletters, and update summaries. Skilled in tone alignment for various audiences.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership:
    Ability to build trust and work effectively with various stakeholders. Proactive alignment—anticipates needs rather than waiting for delegation.
  • Problem-Solving & Initiative:
    Self-starter who identifies gaps, proposes solutions, and closes loops. Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Resourceful in tracking requests and ensuring continuity.

    Ability to manage sensitive information across HR, procurement, and executive programs. Exercises strong judgment in communication, access, and information integrity.
