* ** Role Overview / Responsibilities*
* ** The Executive Business Administrator (EBA) provides high-level operational, calendar, and logistics support for senior leaders:*

** Manages complex schedules, meetings, and events*
* +  
** Overseas travel and expenses*
* +  
** Drives team operations for smooth daily execution*
* +  
** Anticipates needs, communicates clearly, builds relationships, and proactively solves problems*
* ** Additional Responsibilities:*
* +  
** Complex administrative functions for all levels of management, including external partners*
* +  
** Coordinates meetings, travel, expenses, personnel operations, facility operations, and departmental finances*
* +  
** Manages procurement of goods/services, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships*

** Provides general office support and serves as department/group contact*

** Problem-solving, anticipating needs, operational excellence with minimal direction*

** High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, SharePoint)*

** Build trusted relationships, maintain confidentiality, and operate with professionalism and a customer-first mindset*

** Balance strategic support with hands-on administrative tasks*
* ** Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience*
