Remote (Preference: Candidates local to Seattle/Redmond, WA) Duration: 4 months (High possibility for an extension after the budget approval)
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week Pay Rate Range: $25 to $30/hr Role Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and operational support to two General Managers (GMs) within WWIC.

- Operational & Project Coordination
- Prior Executive Assistant experience supporting Director/GM/CVP-level leaders at Microsoft
- Minimum 12 months verifiable Microsoft EA experience
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency:
- Outlook
- Teams
- Excel
- Power Point
- One Note
- Strong executive-level calendaring expertise
- Experience managing high-volume travel logistics
- Exceptional communication & executive presence
- Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools & ROB frameworks
- High confidentiality and mature judgment
- Candidates with unrelated or significantly overqualified backgrounds (e.g., technical/engineering roles such as computer engineering that do not align with executive administrative support)
