Remote (Preference: Candidates local to Seattle/Redmond, WA)
Duration: 4 months (High possibility for an extension after the budget approval)

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Pay Rate Range: $25 to $30/hr

Role Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and operational support to two General Managers (GMs) within WWIC.
This role requires:
  • Exceptional professionalism
  • Sound judgment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment

  • Complex Calendar & Meeting Management
  • Travel & Logistics
  • Rhythm of Business (ROB) & Operations
  • Operational & Project Coordination
Required Qualifications
  • Prior Executive Assistant experience supporting Director/GM/CVP-level leaders at Microsoft
  • Minimum 12 months verifiable Microsoft EA experience
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency:
    • Outlook
    • Teams
    • Excel
    • Power Point
    • One Note
  • Strong executive-level calendaring expertise
  • Experience managing high-volume travel logistics
  • Exceptional communication & executive presence
  • Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools & ROB frameworks
  • High confidentiality and mature judgment
Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills (2-4 Years Experience Each)
  • Advanced Calendar & Scheduling Systems Proficiency
    • Expense Management & Procurement Systems Expertise
    • Document & Communication Tools Mastery (Microsoft 365)
      Disqualifiers
      • Candidates with unrelated or significantly overqualified backgrounds
        (e.g., technical/engineering roles such as computer engineering that do not align with executive administrative support)
