Job Title:
Administrative Assistant
Location:
Puget Sound, WA
Duration: 4 Months (High possibility for an extension after the budget approval)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $25 to $28/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules for team members and 1-2 executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Process business expenses
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Support department financial operations
- Assist with personnel operations and facility operations
- Manage procurement of goods and services (computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials)
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Provide general office support
- Serve as department/group contact
- Complete special projects as assigned
Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills (Minimum 2+ Years Each)
- Executive travel coordination
- Customer support
Ideal Background- 2+ years of administrative or Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting high-level executives
- Corporate environment experience preferred
- Short tenure history:
- Contractor roles under 6 months
- Full-time roles under 12 months
These may be considered red flags and could impact eligibility.
- Prior Microsoft experience preferred
- Strong drive to perform, contribute, and be visible
