Position: Coordinator 1
Title:
Coordinator 1

Work Location:
Fully Remote (Preferred in Pacific Time Zone)

Duration: 3 Months (Extension is Possible until the next fiscal year after the budget approval)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week

Pay Rate Range: $15 to $20/hr

Candidates with less than one year of prior tenure in previous roles will not be considered due to onboarding effort versus assignment duration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years of administrative or business support experience
  • Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization, discretion, and follow-through
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools
Top 3 Must-Have Skills
  • Administrative / Program Coordination (2+ years)
    Experience with scheduling, task tracking, follow-ups, and logistics coordination.
    • Coordination Tools (2+ years)
      Experience using tools such as:
      • Outlook
      • Teams
      • Excel trackers
      • Share Point
      • Calendaring tools
    • Process & Operations Support (2+ years)
      Experience with documentation, status reporting, and maintaining logs or trackers.

      Core Job Responsibilities
      • Perform general office duties including ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems
      • Prepare documents such as:
        • Reports
        • Memos
        • Letters
        • Financial statements
        • Other internal documentation
      • Prepare invoices and maintain administrative records
      • File and retrieve corporate documents and reports
      • Manage incoming correspondence (emails and communications)
      • Draft responses to internal inquiries and routing requests
      Required Skills
      • Strong verbal and written communication
      • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
      • Customer service and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      • Strong organizational skills with attention to confidentiality
      • Experience using Microsoft Office tools:
        • Word
        • Excel
        • Power Point
      Education & Experience
      • Education:
        High school diploma or GED required
      • Experience: 0-2 years minimum required (2+ years preferred)
