** Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:*
* · Manage complex calendars for 2-3 executives (schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, prioritize requests)
· Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense management
· Provide onsite and day‑to‑day administrative support to executives and team
· Plan and organize team meetings, events, and offsites
· Handle general office operations (procurement, vendor coordination, communication support)
** Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* · 5-7 years of experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant
· Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Expertise in calendar management and scheduling for senior leaders
· Excellent communication skills (email + verbal)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple executives
** What's in this Administrative Assistant position for you?*
* · Pay: $36/hr.
· Shift: Hybrid / Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

** Pay Details:** $36.00 to $35.00 per hour
