Job Title: Administrative Assistant 2

- Support a CVP with calendar management including travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, events, and team activities
- Partner with HR, Staffing, Finance, and facilities for space and resource management
- Manage headcount, onboarding, requisitions, and tracking tools
- Organize team events, off-sites, and morale activities to foster a positive work environment
- Minimum of 4 years of successful administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- High-level calendaring and scheduling expertise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and familiarity with HR and project management tools
