Position Summary
Uni Sea is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to support our Commercial Department through data entry, invoicing, documentation, and administrative support. This role works closely with Logistics, Sales, and Purchasing teams to help ensure accurate records, timely invoicing, and efficient day-to-day operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in logistics, supply chain, commercial operations, and business administration.
Essential Duties- Collect and maintain fishing, production, and sales data.
- Prepare certificates and product traceability documentation.
- Review and process freight, transportation, and storage invoices.
- Create and issue customer invoices.
- Maintain shipment reports and supporting records.
- Prepare reports and assist with data collection projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the Commercial department.
- Assist with process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-6 months of administrative, office, or data entry experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with invoicing, logistics, shipping, documentation, or purchasing.
- Experience working with production, inventory, or commercial data.
- Additional business, logistics or administrative training.
- Bilingual in Japanese
- Office-based position in Redmond, WA
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
. - Regular interaction with internal departments and external business contacts.
- Minimal supervision after training.

This position is a salaried non-exempt position with a salary range of $40,110 – $46,138, DOE.
