Responsibilities for
** Executive Administrative Assistant
** include but are not limited to:
· Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication handling.
· Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas, materials, and logistics for executive and team meetings.
· Support onboarding and headcount growth initiatives, including coordination of new hire logistics and team expansion activities.
· Coordinate procurement processes, including purchase orders, vendor communication, and equipment tracking.
· Perform general office administration such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and supporting bookkeeping tasks.
· Prepare and manage reports, presentations, invoices, and other business documents.
· Act as on-site administrative support for executives and team members, providing "boots on the ground" assistance as needed.
· Serve as a cross-functional partner and backup support across teams, ensuring seamless operations and communication.
· Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Candidates for
** Executive Administrative Assistant
** must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· Strong calendar and meeting management (including multi-calendar coordination)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· High school diploma or GED required.
· 5-7 years experience required.
· Experience working with executives highly preferred.
