Title: Administrative Assistant 2
Location: Redmond, WA
Duration: 2 Months (intent to extend up to the 18‑month maximum)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate Range: $24 to $26/hr
Role OverviewThis role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to management and teams. The position involves handling complex administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operational Support- Provide day-to-day administrative support to assigned teams
- Manage multiple calendars and schedule meetings
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including rooms and resources
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support onsite operations and office logistics
- Order equipment, supplies, and manage procurement needs
- Assist with facility‑related and operational requirements
- Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc requests
- Support department financial and personnel operations
- Coordinate team events and meetings
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Team coordination and meeting support
- Equipment ordering and office logistics
- General administrative and operational assistance
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week
- Must be available for full 18-month contract duration
- Experience managing multiple calendars for managers/executives
- Background in administrative support within corporate environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders onsite
- Customer service and office management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, calendar tools)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment
