We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and strategic Regional Office Manager to lead the administrative and operational functions in our Redmond, WA regional office. This role plays a key part in supporting regional leadership, driving operational consistency, developing administrative teams, and creating an efficient, professional, and well‑supported regional environment. Range

$91,000 – $118,000/yr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational leadership for the Regional Office to support efficient and effective business operations
  • Partner closely with Regional leadership to support operational priorities, communication, organization, and Regional initiatives
  • Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop administrative staff, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, and professional development
  • Mentor and support Senior Administrative Assistant(s) and administrative team members
  • Drive operational consistency and continuous improvement by implementing administrative standards, identifying efficiencies, and supporting process improvement initiatives in partnership with Regional and Corporate leadership
  • Coordinate Regional activities including meetings, travel, trainings, conferences, and Regional events
  • Support workforce administrative processes and sensitive personnel matters in partnership with Corporate departments
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including background checks, drug testing, ATS processes, and Workday transactions
  • Process employment‑related administrative changes including transfers, compensation updates, job changes, and related documentation
  • Monitor and support timekeeping and payroll administrative processes, including timecard audits and reporting
  • Prepare and distribute operational, payroll, training, and workforce administrative reports
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion while handling confidential employee and business information
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, and other Corporate departments to support Regional operational needs
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with Stores, Regional leadership, vendors, employees, and Corporate partners
  • Contribute to company meetings, initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Oversee office supply and equipment management for the Regional Office
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external partners while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Compose, prepare, analyze, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents
  • Represent Company values professionally within the Region and community
  • Stay current on business systems, technologies, and operational processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of recent administrative, operations, or office management experience in a fast‑paced business environment required
  • Leadership, people support, or Human Resources‑related experience preferred
  • Workday and Kronos experience highly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, SharePoint, One Note, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills required
  • Ability to proactively anticipate operational and administrative support needs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting demands, and deadlines while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
