One of the largest tech companies in the world is seeking to hire a junior Administrative Assistant!
Join a dynamic team dedicated to working on product design, brand development, and user experiences for various high-impact projects. This role involves providing administrative support primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group, contributing to the development of Bing, Copilot, Edge, MSN, and Shopping experiences across locations in Redmond, Silicon Valley, Hyderabad, and Beijing.
Responsibilities
+ Manage complex calendars and schedules, particularly for partner-level executives.
+ Coordinate travel arrangements and organize meetings and events.
+ Oversee department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
+ Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees and order necessary hardware and peripherals.
+ Complete special projects as assigned and attend to team requests.
+ Prepare for and assist with team events and meetings.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
+ Excellent organizational skills.
+ Proven experience in supporting leaders with complex calendaring.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

+ Experience coordinating events, meetings, or team logistics.
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and anticipate business needs.
+ Prior experience with large teams or morale/event planning is preferred.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site for 4 days a week in Building 9. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours a week, with the possibility of 5 hours of overtime. Standard equipment, including a laptop, mouse, headset, and extra monitor, will be provided. The position offers a chance for extension until April 15, 2027.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
