We seek a mature individual with a strong work ethic and front office presence to be an integral part of our company. As Receptionist/Office Manager, your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Greet persons entering showroom
- Performing administrative support to Accounting Department, including filing
- Maintain Showroom and Sample Room
- Maintain Office Supplies
- Support to Project Mangers
- Pre-Qualifications
- Preliminary Notices
- Manage cellular phone account
- USPS/Fed Ex/UPS
- Maintain kitchen supplies
- Prepare light weekly breakfast
Successful candidates will be punctual, have a high attention to detail and be willing to ensure that customers and clients receive the highest level of customer service.
This position is full time 7:30AM-4PM with medical/dental/vacation/sick/401K benefits. Salary is D.O.E. and advancement opportunities are dependent upon abilities.
