Executive Administrative Assistant – Redmond, WA 98052

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication handling.
  • Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas, materials, and logistics for executive and team meetings.
  • Support onboarding and headcount growth initiatives, including coordination of new hire logistics and team expansion activities.
  • Coordinate procurement processes, including purchase orders, vendor communication, and equipment tracking.
  • Perform general office administration such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and supporting bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, invoices, and other business documents.
  • Act as on-site administrative support for executives and team members, providing “boots on the ground” assistance as needed.
  • Serve as a cross-functional partner and backup support across teams, ensuring seamless operations and communication.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
  • Strong calendar and meeting management (including multi‑calendar coordination)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5-7 years experience required.
  • Experience working with executives highly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay: $43.60/hr
  • Shift: Hybrid – Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
