Mail Services Associate
Job Description
Join our team as a Mail Services Associate, where you will manage all aspects of mailroom operations for a building or campus. This role is essential in ensuring efficient package processing and delivery.
Responsibilities
+ Process incoming packages delivered by trucks and prepare them for distribution.
+ Operate a convey system to route packages to the processing station.
+ Identify package destinations using a track shipment tool.
+ Print and affix labels to packages for accurate routing.
+ Collaborate with team members while independently managing your workstation.
Essential Skills
+ Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite.
+ Experience in mailroom operations or similar environments.
Additional
Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma.
+ Familiarity with shipping or receiving processes is beneficial.
+ Warehouse experience is advantageous.
Work Environment
This position is onsite, located in Redmond, NE, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility. The role is initially for a 6-9 months contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time position. You will be part of a team yet responsible for independent tasks at your workstation. The hiring process involves a one-step onsite interview.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
