Position: Administrative Assistant 1

Purpose of the Team

The team focuses on product design, including brand and design systems, writing, and user experience research and engineering. The team is involved in building various innovative experiences across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group.
  • Manage schedules and calendars for senior leaders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Oversee department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Order hardware and peripherals.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience supporting senior leaders with complex scheduling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in coordinating events, meetings, or team logistics.
  • Demonstrated proactiveness, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate business needs.
  • Prior relevant experience preferred but not required.

  • Two years of administrative experience.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
Typical Day in the Role

In this role, you'll manage calendars, attend to team requests, and follow up as needed. You'll learn about the teams and prepare for upcoming events, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication across all levels.
