Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant 1
Location: Redmond, WA (4 days onsite)
Pay Range: $24.58
What's the Job?- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior leaders and teams
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Organize meetings, events, and department activities
- Handle department financial operations and procurement of hardware and peripherals
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and complete special projects as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders with complex scheduling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and proactiveness
