Job Description
A typical day includes 50% team support and adhoc tasks, 25–30% executive-level support, and 20–25% coordination and execution of team events.
The ideal candidate for this position will be highly collaborative. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task across a variety of projects. This role will require performing a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
Responsibilities- Calendar Support for two individuals
- Studio Calendar Management – Schedule / Send as needed
- Travel Booking
- Expense Reconciliation and Reports
- Conference Room Calendar Management
- Conference Room Maintenance
- Building Access Management
- Team Support
- Space Support – maintain documentation, compliance
- Meeting Support – space reservations, logistics, catering as needed
- Event Support – set up/tear down, catering (planning, ordering, supervising/POC, billing reconciliation)
- Storage Organization and Downsizing
- Hardware & Peripheral Management
- Project Management & Support as needed
- Executional XGS Support as needed – catering & other logistics
