Salary Range: $30/hr to $32/hr on W2 Introduction

This role involves providing complex administrative support to management, including external business partners. The position requires a hybrid work arrangement, with a preference for candidates located near Redmond, WA. The role supports two leaders and involves various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Depth of experience with global team calendaring.
  • Need total experience NOT more than 6 years
  • 5 years of experience in an Executive Support role (not just admin group or team support).
  • Understanding and proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Copilot.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Process business expenses and coordinate meetings/events.
  • Support department financial, personnel, and facility operations.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working with global teams and understanding time zone scheduling.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Process business expenses and coordinate meetings/events.
  • Support department financial, personnel, and facility operations.
  • Manage procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment and office supplies.
  • Provide general office support and complete special projects as assigned.
