Proactively manage a complex calendar, including travel arrangements and strategic appointment prioritization. Plan and coordinate staff meetings, events, and offsites, including agenda management and material preparation. Assist with the Rhythm of Business (ROB) scheduling and team calendar items. Collaborate with the admin lead to provide cross-support for multiple teams. Maintain an understanding of the team's budget, including purchase orders and expenses.
Manage vendor accounts as necessary.
3+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience, with a focus on scheduling, travel management, and calendar management for executive/upper-level management. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Minimum 2+ years supporting an executive in a fast-paced, corporate environment. Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning, and time management skills. Ability to work independently, adapt to changing circumstances, and solve problems proactively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
