Summary:

As a Mid-Level Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting two Azure Data teams in Redmond, WA. Your responsibilities will include space management, onboarding set up, equipment procurement, and day-to-day team support.

What are the key responsibilities? - Provide onsite support for the Azure Data teams, including meeting support, new hire onboarding, and management of supplies.

- Coordinate and update schedules, meetings, and events.

- Assist with recruiting efforts by posting positions and managing headcount and budget items.

- Manage procurement of goods and services, such as computer equipment and office supplies.

- Complete special projects as assigned by the lead Executive Administrator.

What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST-Have Skills and

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of overall experience in an administrative role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
