We are hiring for a leading technology company specializing in engineering and marketing solutions.

Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, purchasing, and other administrative tasks related to talent acquisition. Your role will be crucial in supporting two senior directors and ensuring smooth operations within the team.

What are the key responsibilities? - Manage calendars for two senior directors, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

- Coordinate travel arrangements and process business expenses.

- Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, and other documents.

- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings.

- Supervise general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.

- Assist with onboarding and off-site planning.

- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team on various tasks.

- Complete special projects as assigned.

What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST-Have Skills and

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Outlook.

- Minimum 3 years of experience with calendaring.

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Excel.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Preferred Skills and

Qualifications:

- Previous experience with talent acquisition or in the technology industry.

- Experience working with executives.
