Associate Administrative Assistant
We are seeking for an organized and proactive Associate Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient daily operations and a smooth work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as required.
- Process expense reports and manage petty cash.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general support to visitors and assist with onboarding new employees.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support overall office operations.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A professional and positive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, projectors).
Rate: $24-$25 Hourly
