We are currently hiring for a technology company in the Puget Sound area.

Summary:

As a Mid-Level Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of complex administrative functions, supporting deal managers and the commercial executive community.

What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:

- Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and process business expenses for all levels of management.

- Coordinate meetings and events, including calendar management.

- Handle department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.

- Manage procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment and office supplies.

- Provide general office support and serve as the department/group contact.

- Complete special projects as assigned.

What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST-Have Skills and

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in calendar management using Outlook.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational skills.

- Preferred Skills and

Qualifications:

- Experience with Head Trax software is a plus.
