Administrative Assistant 3

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 3 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 3, you will be part of the Data & AI Security Marketing team supporting executive management and team operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $28.49 - $30.73 per hour

What's the Job?
  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Support team operations by preparing and organizing documentation, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense processing for team members.
  • Assist in planning and executing team events and offsite meetings.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
What's Needed?
  • 5-7 years of experience supporting executives or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with supporting fast-paced teams and managing multiple priorities.
