Summary:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the re-branding project of the division. Your responsibilities will include managing laptop and hardware inventory, coordinating with legal teams, and ensuring smooth operations within the team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage laptop and hardware inventory.
- Identify previous owners of returned laptops.
- Determine the necessity of holding onto laptops for legal reasons.
- Coordinate with legal teams for required actions.
- Decide whether laptops can be reimaged for reuse or need legal handling.
- Perform physical labor tasks related to equipment and office re-organization.
MUST-Have Skills and
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of overall experience in a similar role.
- High level of organization skills.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management.
