Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant in our global sales team, you will provide essential support to two General Managers (GMs) by managing their calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and event support. This role plays a critical part in facilitating smooth operations and ensuring effective communication between our executives and partners.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events for the GMs
- Assist with travel arrangements and process business expenses
- Act as a backup for the Executive Admin for GM when necessary
- Support international and domestic travel coordination
- Provide basic Excel skills for various activities including event support, booking rooms, catering, badges, and logistics support for partner meetings with executives
What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST-Have Skills and
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of overall experience in an administrative role
- Minimum 5+ years experience with calendar support using Outlook
- Minimum 4+ years experience working with executives, including external executives
- Minimum 5+ years experience supporting events, travel, and expenses
- Preferred Skills and
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a large enterprise tech company
- Proactive and adaptable, able to work well with ambiguity
- Action-oriented and resourceful mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
