Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide calendar support to two General Managers and project management support for the team. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination of tasks and meetings.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Highly strategic calendar management for two General Managers
- Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling sensitive topics
- Communicating with external partners, customers, and third parties
- Managing overall events and providing guidance for meeting/event preparation
- Navigating complex organizational challenges with diplomacy and empathy
- Expense management for two senior leaders
- Supporting annual rhythm of business with leaders and participating in meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements and creating detailed itineraries
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST-Have Skills and
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience
- Previous experience in scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and upper-level management administration
- Proficiency in Outlook for calendar management
- Strong budget management and purchase order management experience
- Preferred Skills and
Qualifications:
Previous experience at Microsoft and familiarity with Microsoft policies and procedures.
